Absolute braw time! The sunset horse riding was pure magic—never felt anything like it! But charging so much for a hike to a waterfall felt a wee bit off. the villa was stunning, and the staff made us feel right at home.

The villa was fine and offered amazing ocean views.
I was really let down by the lack of variety in the local food menu. For a hotel of this caliber, it's frustrating that the gym was outdated and not well-maintained. It seemed like there were important aspects of the guest experience that were neglected .

Every morning was a proper jol watching wild horses play in the surf, while our villa had the dopest view of the ocean. The spa safari was like straight out of a movie, with fine scenery and great treatments. Always ready with a smile!

Absolutely loved my time at Nihi Sumba! The arrival process had this smooth vibe. The staff at Bali airport took care of my luggage and checked me in without any fuss. Arriving at Tambolaka was just as seamless. That safari car ride to the resort, loaded with drinks and snacks, was a nice touch. The villa was like my own little heaven-spacious, immaculate, and the ocean view was amazing. I spent hours just soaking up the sights and sounds. Swimming with the horses on the beach created magical memories. A major highlight was the spa safari. Trekking through rice fields before indulging in relaxing treatments was a dream come true. The food? Delicious and accommodating to my dietary needs. The personalized service from my guest captain, Maxy, stood out. He was always prompt and eager to help. The gym equipment could use an upgrade. I found myself wishing for a better variety of local dishes on the menu too. Still, the amazing sunsets and the staff's warmth made it all worthwhile.

Great food options with fresh ingredients and friendly service. Comfortable beds and clean rooms. the business center was convenient with reliable WiFi connection.
The location was not convenient for my business needs as it was quite far from the city center. the noise level of the hotel was high, with constant construction and maintenance noise throughout the day, making it difficult to concentrate on work.

The hotel had amazing amenities and the fantastic hospitality of the staff really stood out during our stay. The location was also perfect, with stunning views of the ocean and easy access to both the beach and pool. Another big plus was the delicious food served throughout the day, which catered to all dietary restrictions.
That the rooms were a bit smaller than what we expected. Additionally, some of the activities and experiences offered at the hotel were quite expensive and not affordable for everyone. However, overall the experience was enjoyable and we would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
